Q: Can WordPress Themes be customized?

A: Of course. TriTech Designs will customize your WordPress theme that way you get a website that is unique for your business.

 

Q: Do you do website maintenance and updates?

A: Absolutely. I want to make sure your website runs smoothly for you. Some people feel like pulling their hair when it comes to updating their site. I want to help you, let me take that hassle away from you.

 

Q: Can I make changes to my website?

A: Yes you can.  I suggest if you plan on doing the updates yourself, to get a WordPress theme that can be customize for you and then you can update it yourself.  If you want a CUSTOM site from scratch, I recommend you know code if you want to update it yourself.

 

Q: Do I pay when the work is complete, or is there a deposit?

A: For websites, I require a 50% down payment up front to cover initial costs and time investment, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion of work and satisfaction of client.  Smaller projects such as graphics and logos will be billed at the end of the project.

 

Q: Do you give your clients contracts?

A: Yes, I have contracts for clients to sign for web development before any work can be started.  That way both TriTech Designs and the client know what is expected of each other.
